Amenities

All of our 28 lots are back in only, and feature full hook-up, with 50,30,20 amp service.  Cable TV connection that includes HBO, Cinemax, and ESPN. WiFi is free in the park, and our 24-hr laundry is located next to the office. We are on a first come, first served basis. We are pet friendly, and offer  dog walking areas.

A short drive to Mont Belvieu, Baytown, Liberty, and Crosby. We're close to many restaurants, shopping, and convenience stores.

Making a Reservation

Please call or e-mail us to check availability and make reservations. Reservations are not required, but are encouraged.

Our Rates

Daily rates are $40.00, all utilities included.    

Weekly rates are $180.00, all utilities included.

Monthly rates are $425.00 plus electric usage, and a $100.00 utility deposit.

Monthly rates for our Metal RV Carports are $525.00 plus electric usage, and a $100.00 utility deposit.

Check-in is 2pm,  check-out is 12 pm
